Use these high-quality PVC-free fittings in biomedical, pharmaceutical, electronic, and other critical-use applications. Fittings are manufactured, double bagged, and sealed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to ensure that the integrity is not compromised. An ISO Class 7 cleanroom utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels of less than 10,000 particles of 0.5 µm or larger per cubic foot.
Easily combine or split fluid flow using tee unions. A single barb on each end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. These animal-derivative-free polypropylene fittings are radiation stable and resistant to solvents, chemicals, water, strong mineral acids, bases, and other inorganic environments. Not recommended for use with oxidizing agents.

Quickly and easily transition from soft tubing to a system that accepts a threaded connection using threaded barb adapters. Threads provide a tight and secure connection; a single barb on the other end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. These medical nylon fittings are made from the same resin as natural nylon but with FDA-compliant white coloring. They offer good tensile strength, stiffness, and impact resistance and are resistant to fuels and lubricants. Not recommended for use with phenols, strong acids, and oxidizing agents.

Easily combine or split fluid flow using Y unions. A single barb on each end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. An anti-rotation device on each port prevents tubing from rotating, minimizing kinks. These natural Kynar fittings provide excellent chemical, flame, gamma radiation, UV, and weather resistance.
